Start, Skip, Complete: The Three Buttons That Run the Day
Start
Tap Start when you begin the job. The office sees it's underway.
Skip
If the job can't be done, tap Skip and write why: nobody home, wrong part, customer rescheduling. The office sees it and can rebook.
Complete
When the work is done and the checklist is filled in, tap Complete. The invoice is created and, with a card on file, can be charged.
Why Three Buttons Is Enough
More buttons mean more things to forget. Three cover every outcome.
The Office View
From the office, the board shows each job as not started, in progress, complete or skipped.
