What's the difference between the plans?
Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 office users and 1 van. Pro ($89) adds billing automation, replying to customers and the rest of the automated alerts, with 3 users and 2 vans. Crew ($199) has unlimited users and vans. Employees, customers and addresses are unlimited on every plan.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan and enter a card — from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.
How many users can I add?
Office users: 2 on Start, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Crew. Techs using the tech app are unlimited on every plan, and so are customers and addresses — you are never billed per user or per customer.
Where does it work?
HandymanBossPro works in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and bills your customers in their own currency. The texts included in every plan cover the US and Canada.
What's the texting pricing?
In the US and Canada, Start includes 500 texts a month, Pro 1,000, and Crew 2,000 — sent and received. A text is 160 characters; a longer one counts as two. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each.
How does auto-routing pricing work?
Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your dispatcher is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.
Are there any contracts or annual commitments?
None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Does this work for my kind of handyman business?
Yes. Hourly service calls, half-day and full-day honey-do lists, drywall, TV mounting, furniture assembly, fixture swaps, doors and locks, deck and fence repair, gutter cleaning and yearly checkups all run the same way — a service, a task list, the items at the address, a price and a place on the waiting list. Homeowners, landlords, property managers, HOAs and small offices all fit. It works for a one-truck handyman or a company running several vans.
Can I bill a property manager once a month?
Yes. Set each property manager, landlord, gym or retail chain up as a Monthly account. Every job at every one of their rental homes, buildings and stores goes on ONE statement each month, with each line labeled with the address.
How do gutter cleanings, yearly checkups and other recurring visits work?
Each recurring service is set by the minimum days between visits — 180 for a seasonal gutter cleaning, 365 for a yearly home maintenance checkup, 30 for a landlord walk-through. When an address is due it shows up on the waiting list and the map, with the items on the house right under it — "Gutters · Seamless aluminum · two-story" — and the card on file can be charged when the visit is completed.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Bring your customer list over from a spreadsheet or a CSV export from your old software on any plan.
