What to Ask For
- A wide shot showing where the problem is.
- A close-up of the damage or item.
- Something for scale.
- Labels or model numbers for fixtures.

Water damage, rot, anything structural, and big projects need a visit.
Say It's Based on Photos
Put a line on the estimate: "Based on photos provided. If conditions differ, we'll confirm before proceeding."
