Bring the Right Tools
Moisture meter, tape, flashlight, camera. Measure once.
Quote Before You Leave or Same Day
If you can, build the estimate in the truck and send it before you leave. Otherwise, the same evening.
Charge for Big Consults
Some handymen charge a small consult fee for big projects, credited to the job if hired.
